The Now University was founded by Leonard J. “Coach LJ” Chaplin: entrepreneur, leadership coach, marketing strategist, educator, speaker, and visionary builder.
Coach LJ created The Now University from both lived experience and years of helping others grow businesses, develop leadership skills, and move from fear into confidence.
After years of building, coaching, leading teams, studying business, marketing, and organizational leadership, one truth became clear:
