  • The nature of your outlet or platform

  • Your proposed timeline

Use of Name, Likeness, and Branding

The name “The Now University,” our logo, brand assets, podcast title “The Pulse of Marketing,” and the name and likeness of Leonard J. “Coach LJ” Chaplin may not be used in any publication, promotional material, advertisement, or content without prior written permission from The Now University.

Podcast and Content Usage

Podcast episodes, articles, videos, and other content published by The Now University are intended for public listening, reading, and viewing. Reposting brief excerpts with proper attribution and a link back to the original source is generally permitted for editorial or commentary purposes. Reproducing full episodes, articles, or substantial portions of our content without permission is not permitted.

Speaking Engagements and Partnerships

Coach LJ is available for select speaking engagements, workshops, and partnership opportunities. Please submit details of your event, audience, and proposed topic through our Contact page under Speaking & Partnerships, and our team will follow up regarding availability.

Accuracy of Coverage

We ask that any media coverage, interviews, or features involving The Now University or Coach LJ represent our mission, programs, and statements accurately. We are happy to review quotes or materials prior to publication upon request when feasible.
