Welcome to The Now University. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of thenowuniversity.com, community.thenowuniversity.com, our programs, membership offerings, podcast, and related content (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Who We Are
The Now University is a learning community founded by Leonard J. “Coach LJ” Chaplin, offering education, mentorship, coaching, and community for entrepreneurs, leaders, professionals, and creators, including but not limited to Total Business Access, the 6-Month Mentorship Boot Camp, the 90-Day Business Challenge, AI & Entrepreneurship training, Leadership Development, and The Pulse of Marketing podcast.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our programs, join our community, or make a purchase through our Site. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Enrollment and Payment
- Enrollment in any program, membership, or challenge is subject to availability and, where applicable, application approval.
- Payment terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be clearly disclosed at the time of enrollment.
- Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once program access or community access has been granted. Any specific refund terms for a given program will be disclosed at checkout or in program materials.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing for future enrollments at any time.
Community Guidelines
Members of The Now University community, including our private Heartbeat community, agree to:
- Engage respectfully with fellow members, coaches, and staff
- Refrain from harassment, discrimination, spam, or promotional activity not authorized by The Now University
- Protect the confidentiality of discussions and materials shared within the community
- Use shared resources, templates, and trainings for personal or business use only, not for resale or redistribution
We reserve the right to remove any member from the community or program for violating these guidelines, without refund, at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content on our Site and within our programs, including but not limited to curriculum, trainings, workshops, templates, podcast episodes, articles, videos, and branding, is the property of The Now University or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
No Guarantee of Results
The Now University provides education, mentorship, coaching, and community support. While we are committed to helping you build clarity, strategy, and momentum, we do not guarantee specific business, financial, or personal outcomes. Your results depend on your own effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.
Third-Party Links and Services
Our Site and community may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Now University and its founders, coaches, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
